Lesson Payment & Reserved Spaces
Simply fill out the registration form and return with payment for your child's/children's first session. You are welcome to reserve up to two additional sessions without payment. To hold your reservation, payment much be made at least one week in advance to the first day of the session. If we do not recieve payment at that time, we will need to drop your child(ren) from the schedule.

Cancellation & Refund Procedures
Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to the first day of the session for a full refund. With less than one week notice, the maximum refund is 50% of any remaining lessons. Registration and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Closure of Pool
Unfortunately, due to safety and health issues such as lightning or pool contamination we must close the pool. We are very sorry that we are unable to offer make-up lesson in these situations.

Make-up Procedure
To be eligible for a make-up lesson you must call us in advance of the missed lesson. We allow a maximum of two make-up lessons per session at a charge of $5.00 each. Scheduling of make-ups is not guaranteed, however we will try our best. Payment must be made when scheduling the make-up and are non-refundable. There are no make-ups for a missed make-up lesson.

Swim Diapers
Swim Diapers are required for all children not fully potty trained. Any children wearing diapers during the day or night are not safe in our pool. This is a health and safety issue. We thank you for honoring our request. We have swim diapers available at our store. Huggies or other disposable swim diapers are not allowed.

Parent Waiting Area
Other than the first and last day of each session, we ask that parents watch their child's lesson from our parent waiting area. We find it eliminates distractions and makes for a more positive learning environment. Please maintain control of any other children you bring to lessons when they are not in the pool. A parent or responsible adult is required to be present for all sessions.
